We’ve been busy lately. Here’s one reason:
And here’s the other:
We picked up Emerson from the airport on Saturday and have been keeping the two wild beasts separated while they get used to having to share territory. This is easier said than done, because neither cat appreciates being locked away in a dungeon, albeit a cat-heaven dungeon complete with litter, food, water, toys, sunny spots, and cat nests. These ridiculous animals are spoiled rotten.
Between the two of them, Fritz finally being back in town, having friends over yesterday, trying to keep up with Insanity and, oh, yeah, work, I’ve been a busy lady. But a happy one.
Sick of hearing about cats?
Excellent. I have a really delicious brussel sprout and bacon salad to share with you tomorrow (even better than it sounds. Seriously). But for the rest of the night, I’m gonna finish this delicious glass of dry Riesling and watch The Iron Lady with Fritz.
Good night!

Hi,
They may have a long adjustment period. They are both males who have been an only child and very spoiled.
I love Emerson and hope he can adjust! I will miss seeing him though.
Keep us updated on the boys!
We LOVE brussel sprouts and I have several good recipes….look forward to yours.
Thank you,
Tasha
