This is going to be a super lazy blog post. Mostly because my pictures are somewhat lackluster, but the recipe is so freakin’ good that I just had to share.
Straight off of Joy the Baker.
I slightly adapted the recipe, mainly by leaving out the poppy seeds and using two whole eggs, instead of one egg and one yolk.
These muffins are tender.
They are lemony.
They are sweet.
They have a buttery, crumbly topping.
They have a rich, browned butter flavor.
They have bright blueberries that melty-ooze in your mouth.

And if you don’t read her blog regularly, you probably should just head straight over there anyway. This is a girl who knows how to mix fluffy cats, bourbon, butter, Jesus plates, and high heels with a finesse that I can only envy.
